Suspension of Services
The UK regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), is introducing new regulation during 2023.
In our effort to guarantee full compliance with the new regulatory framework, XGo has decided to suspend its services in the UK market. This suspension will allow us to efficiently allocate our resources to our core markets. We hope to be able to offer services again within the UK at some stage in the future.
Key Dates and Service Changes
Effective from 08:00 AM UTC on 6 October 2023, the following changes will take effect for XGo customers in the United Kingdom:
- New Deposits and Account Creation: Customers in the UK will no longer be able to make new deposits or create new accounts for any of our products and services.
- Increasing Existing Positions: The ability to increase existing positions will also be disabled.
The following services will remain operational to UK customers for a limited time period:
- Closing Positions: You can close your positions whenever necessary.
- Withdrawing Funds: You will still have the capability to withdraw your funds from our platform.
What You Need to Do
