Making a bank/card deposit or withdrawal
As we build and evolve, we're expanding our payment methods to give you an experience that works for you.
Deposits
We're just in the final stages of offering you Fiat deposits, due in Q1 of 2023, so watch this space...
Withdrawals
We'll shortly be offering you a straightforward way to withdraw from your account using bank transfer and payment card from within XGo.com. This is just being finalized and will be ready shortly.
In the meantime, if you'd like to pay out, you can do this by emailing us at support@xgo.com from the email address registered on your account, with the following information:
- Which local currency you'd like to deposit/withdraw (currently only Euro, GBP, or USD)
- The name and address of your Bank
- Your IBAN (or your SWIFT/BIC, Account Number and correspondent bank routing information if you don't have an IBAN)
- The name as shown on your account
We'll then need to make some security checks, and if all is okay, we'll set you up.
Making a crypto deposit on XGo.com
Once you're logged in, click 'Deposit' in the top right corner
Select a currency that you'd like to deposit from the drop-down and click 'Deposit'.
Here, you can copy the wallet address to paste into your chosen wallet by either scanning the QR code or clicking 'Copy'
Making a crypto withdrawal on XGo.com
XGo has created a secured process for holding your funds/tokens, transferring and withdrawing. Here is a short guide on how you can withdraw.
Go to the top right of your screen and select ‘Portfolio’.
To display the currencies where you have balances, uncheck the ‘Show Zero balances’ box.
You will now see just the relevant currencies:
Select ‘Withdraw’ for the currency you would like to transfer to an external wallet.
Enter the amount you would like to withdraw.
You will see the amount you want to withdraw with the applied fee
Enter your wallet address.
Select ‘Withdraw’ once everything is ready.
You’ll receive an email with a link, valid for 1 hour. Follow the email instructions to confirm the transfer.
When you follow the confirmation link, you’ll be redirected to your account.
Finally, you’ll receive a confirmation email, once the withdrawal is complete.
Making a crypto deposit on the Mobile app
Open your XGo app.
Click on your balance...
Click on 'Check on XGo.com', and you'll be redirected to the desktop portal.
The XGo Portal will open in your mobile browser. Here, a list of all available currencies will be displayed.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner. And choose "Deposit".
Copy the wallet address to paste into your chosen wallet by either scanning the QR code or clicking 'Copy'
Payment ID
Some of the tokens may need a Payment ID, called a ‘Destination tag’. This is an extra security feature to make sure that the deposit is matched to your account.
Please, note that every address is unique, and it’s better not to try to rewrite it. Just copy/paste to be on a safe side. If you accidentally send funds to a wrong account, you won’t be able to refund or retrieve them.
You can track your funds on the ‘Transaction History’ page.
Once the transaction is complete, you will find the Status of the order ‘Finished’.
Making a crypto withdrawal on the Mobile App
On the main screen, select ‘Send’ to withdraw funds.
From there, select the currency that you’d like to withdraw.
Then you will be given the option to withdraw using the ‘Address’ option or ‘Email or user ID’ option. The Second option is only for when you want to send funds to another XGo account holder.
Follow the instructions, by entering the details and confirming the withdrawal.
