Who can use it?
Anyone with an XGo account, who has completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and resides in the United Kingdom and European Economic Area (European Union countries, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland).
What fees do you charge?
There are two fee types:
- Card processing fees
- Fiat-to-crypto conversion fees
The total of these fees is variable, but won’t exceed 5% in total
What are the minimum and maximum limits?
Right now, your minimum and maximum transaction sizes are:
- Minimum: £/$/€ 10
- Maximum: £/$/€ 500

How long will it take for my cryptocurrency to appear in my XGo account?
It’ll take between 1-5 minutes for your crypto to appear in your wallet.
My transaction failed and/or was declined - What’s next?
This will be driven by a card issue, so try the usual things like checking the details you entered, or try a different card. If nothing works, just click the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen, leave us a message and we'll take a look for you.
My transaction failed but I was still charged. Will I get a refund?
